This business was on time. He finished the job so quickly I was amazed. I had considered doing it on my own but opted to go to the company instead. I always choose to go with smaller businesses when I can if they have good reviews. He promised that if I called after hours anytime he would be there. Based on the quality and professionalism that I experienced I believe that 100%. I did not need to call because the job that was done initially was perfectly fine. If I needed help again with my carpets I would definitely reach out.

My dog threw up on my beautiful white carpet. Mr.Armstrong cut it out and replaced it with a bit I had saved. No one will ever know!

He is a remarkable you man. Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to doing a quality job. And the price was extremely reasonable. He’s been doing this since he was a kid, when he worked with his father and learned the trade.

My dog chewed to a piece of carpet at my place. I found Armstrong Carpet repair online and they responded in a ver timely manner. They adjusted to my very demanding schedule and they were able to fix my carpet within a couple of days of me contacting them. They were in time, very polite and professional and you would not even be able to tell where the repair is as it blended perfectly!!! I am definitely keeping the contact information close for the future and will 1000% recommended them in a heart beat. Excellent work!

I called this morning for a quote to get the carpet in our bedroom patched. Mr. Armstrong was able to come out within hours the same day. He’s very responsive and does great work! Definitely recommend!
