This has been THEE BEST car buying experience we have ever had, at Hall Ford! If 10 stars were available, this would be the dealership that deserves it.
Chuck and Dakota are exceptional with their customer service skills! My husband and I had a horrible experience at another dealership across the way right before coming to see Chuck and Dakota, and both of them made this entire process so quick and easy. They were both honest and straightforward and gave us a much better deal than we expected!

Our finance manager was not pushy on selling extras, and explained everything well, and honored every single thing we negotiated! The fact that he was not pushy on selling the extras made my husband give the green light for adding them. Which the extras all seem to be worth every dollar anyway, so we were pleased with the extra coverage.

I will say, we have never shopped and completed a car purchase as fast as we did (3.5 hours) from test drive, negotiating, finance, and walking out to our vehicle!
We are very pleased with the entire outcome and doing business with all of them!

The staff at Hall Ford turned what could have been a very stressful purchase into what I believe was the most enjoyable car-buying experience I’ve ever had.

While searching online, I found the perfect Ford for me—a low mileage, fully equipped 2016 Focus ST—and I reached out to the Hall Ford staff immediately (in the middle of the night) through their website. I let them know that I was out of state and it would be tough for me to come down to see the car in person before buying it. First thing in the morning I got an email from Dakota, one of Hall Ford’s friendly sales reps, with a link to a thorough walk-around video that he made just for me, showing me the features and condition of the Focus. Shortly afterwards, he called me on the phone to answer detailed questions about the car. Within an hour of our initial conversation, my buying process was well underway, and by early afternoon I had all of the paperwork lined up to purchase the Focus and transfer it to Connecticut. I flew down the next morning and was greeted by Josh, another of Hall’s sales consultants, who took me out on a test drive right after I arrived. Once we were back at the showroom, Josh made sure everything was in order with my paperwork and he got the car cleaned and prepped for my drive home. The car more than met my expectations, so I sat down with Hall’s finance manager, Joe, who had me out the door super fast with temporary plates and the keys to my new car.

After the 478-mile drive home to Connecticut, I’m just as thrilled with my Focus ST as I was when I took it for a test drive earlier in the day.

Great experience at this dealership overall! i just got a reliable car, great payments and on top of my time at the dealership was not prolonged at all. This is actually my 2nd car getting from them and everything was a smooth process. If you want a car please go and see Josh Cobb, the salesman!!!!! He is literally the best & The whole team will go above and beyond to get the car you are looking for!

The best buying experience ever! When I finally decided to visit Hall Ford, I knew what I wanted but felt I would get the run around. That couldn’t be farthest from the truth. They did not have what I wanted in stock. That did not deter them in finding what I wanted. The first Bronco was a sport, black; all the specs requested. I wasn’t satisfied with what I picked. On their follow up (never happened before) call, I stated I was unhappy. The next question what can we do. I wanted a bigger model with the specs I requested in the beginning, BigBend Bronco. Within 24hrs, I was trading in the original Bronco for the one I wanted. I seen this truck and I was sold. Going to Hall’s Ford was the best decision I made. They definitely will be my go to dealership going forward. Thank you Travee J., Byron R., and Ryan G., for a great experience.

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences like ever!! Staff all work as an amazing team to accommodate the CXs needs. Super quick & proficient!! The finance team and my sales gentleman went above and beyond for me today and I am truly grateful. I am happy with my purchase and they made it stress free and easy! Also everyone made sure I had a full understanding of my options and explained things every step of the way!
