I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Chrissy and the team were fantastic in helping our family through such a difficult time. Chrissy was compassionate and knowledgeable. She was so patient in providing us information and options in such a kind and caring manner. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone looking for compassionate and understanding care when saying goodby to a loved one.

Unfortunately i cannot give more than 5 stars, and these guys deserve 10! I cannot say enough positive comments about the staff at the Denbigh group of Altmeyer. Krissy is the director we worked with and she was wonderful. She made an extremely difficult time so much easier to navigate. She took care of setting up everything we wanted displayed for my mother's visitation and did a beautiful job. She also put together a slide show of photos i sent her to show and she did it much faster than I could have! Krissy was readily available via phone or email to answer any questions throughout the process and never made us feel like we were bothering her. She was respectful, kind and compassionate. The staff that helped during the event were also fantastic.

In the most dire of situations, Allison and the team at altmeyers were professional courteous and very compassionate. I would never entrust any other funeral home with my loved ones. Allison went above and beyond and for that I am truly thankful! The whole team at altmeyer's funeral home have my undying gratitude and I am forever thankful.

My family utilize Altmeyer Denbigh location during our difficult time. They provided excellent services. This staff is professional, caring and understanding. They go above and beyond to meet family needs. Ms. Allison Rattz is the best. Thank you Allison we will never forget your kindness. We truly felt like you were part of our family. We could not have done this without your diligence. My family required specialize assistance as we requested service here but burial outside of the U.S. There is so much documentation and paperwork involved which require a lot more work but Ms. Allison continued to work hard to ensure all documents were in order. She kept us updated on all communications. It is very difficult for family during this time but it makes it easier when you know that you have caring professionals who is always one step ahead and make things easier. I definitely recommend Altmeyer during your time of need.

Allison and the Altmeyer staff provided excellent service in arranging my mother's funeral service. From start to finish they were very professional. Allison was amazing. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns, and kept us updated on how things were progressing.
