(December 15, 2021, 5:58 pm)I was attending the Phit shop until I had to move out of state. Mr. Kim was very helpful in my transition and I started training virtually . It has been amazing like I never left. Virtual training is just as intense as in person. Mr. Kim pushes me beyond my expectations! I dare you to start your fitness journey with the Phit shop you will be happy you did!
(March 25, 2021, 9:20 am)PHIT Shop is the #1 training spot to help you meet your fitness goals! First things first, they are on point with the hand sanitizer and temp checks! They always have cleaner on deck so you can wipe the equipment before and after your workout ! You are greeted and welcomed when you come in and then you know it’s time to put in that work! All the trainers kick butt and watching them train and push their clients motivate me to push hard too! My trainer Shannon is the best! I have been training with her for 6 months and I have lost 50LBS! My abs were super weak when I first started but I am stronger now! I can see my total body toning up ! I am getting closer to my goal and PHIT Shop is a major key to help me get there!
(January 29, 2021, 2:32 pm)Love this gym!! Since my first day everyone has always been kind and welcoming. If you are looking to get fit this is the right place for you! All the trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. You will get pushed beyond your limits which may even surprise you, but the temporary pain is worth the results.
They are maintaining all safety considerations.Temperatures are checked before working out and hand sanitizer is provided, all equipment is sanitize after each use. Sign up today you will not be disappointed!
