Newport Crossing Townhomes

First off I want to say the staff was amazing especially rose in the office sarah was great too if anything that’s why I loved the community so much and it was a quiet neighborhood .. if you’re looking for a starter home it’s ok so happens our family outgrew the townhome the issues that we had I feel like it’s above the lady in the office we had pest issues from the time we moved in and so did the previous tenant before us minus that the stay was pretty decent.. they are working on rebuilding a park for the kids which I had complaints about it being unsafe for little children so i’m happy to see that .. they could use a updated system for the ac but all in all ..

I have been living here for 4 years, and if I would have done this review a year ago I would have left a 2 star and would have felt I was being generous. However, now that the new management company has taken over the changes have been DRAMATIC. They came in and kept what was great about the property such as the Maintenance Manager Cecil, and have done away with what was terrible about the property such as the pest issues. I would reccomend living here to anyone. The upgrades are amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
