Dr. Faulk literally saved my life. I went months without proper treatment to where it caused me to be extremely anemic. My Primary doctor recommended me to him. His office called me on a Tuesday, seen me the day after that and by Friday I was in surgery to fix the problem. I am very thankful to have come across him and his staff. They settled my fears and got me feeling like myself again. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Faulk!

Best gynecologist I ever had! Never said anything out the way or disrespect. I had multiple problems with fibroid tumors and cystic mast and he had a general surgeon to help him. I've had 3 surgeries. And every since, I haven't had any problems. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Faulk is an excellent doctor. He delivered 2 of my children. He has a kind and caring personality. I have recommended several of my friends and family members to use him. Twenty-six years later he is still my favorite doctor.
