Ms. Linda is my go to person at Pollards Florist. Exceptional customer service. Ms. Linda has always gone above and beyond to ensure my order is completed and delivered in a timely manner. Thank you also to Ms. Margaret. Team work!

Prompt delivery and recipient (Mom) reported the roses were beautiful. However the next day a few blooms drooped and each day she lost another few. Delivered Saturday, I visited Wednesday to find only 5 blooms remaining and one very drooped. I would have hoped for more longevity.

I posted the above review and the following morning received an email from Pollards requesting I reach out for them so they could make it right. Several emails were exchanged seeking the type of arrangement I would like to replace the roses. The same day one was delivered and Mom said it was spectacular.

The folks at Pollards could not have been more gracious in how this was handled. I love flowers, I love Momma and I love Pollards. Thank you guys for caring about your reputation and your customers.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Pollard's online portal is very user friendly. Searching and selecting my arrangement was a seamless process. I had another request about my order and called the store the next day. The team member was courteous and helpful with resolving my request. What I absolutely loved was the arrangement was exactly as pictured on their site. Please know you can trust Pollard's for the special occurences.

I love Pollard's Florist!! I live in Maryland and send flowers to my favorite aunt who lives in the Newport News area for various holiday's. After being disappointed with using 1-800-flowers one too many times, I looked for a local florist to send her flowers. Well, from the first time I used Pollard's they have been great. My aunt raves about how the flowers look like they are so perfect they don't even look real!!! Their customer service has also been great! I am grateful for the care they put into their business. They have me as a permanent customer!!

Had absolutely excellent service from Erika! I called with a last minute order on Christmas Eve, and Erika was patient, thoughtful, and resourceful as she helped me think through options for such a short turnaround. She gave great advice and did some great on the spot creative problem solving. With her help I was able to get a high quality product that met my needs. Erika really went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it!
