Meridian Parkside

We have really enjoying our short term rental (10 month lease) while we build our home. We chose Meridian Parkside because it's convenient to great restaurants and a beautiful park within walking distance. We love our apartment and our building is very quite. Whenever we've had issues, maintenence resolved it quickly and were professional. Jessica has also been very responsive in following up with us to ask us for feedback and I appreciate that. Highly recommend this as a place to live.

Seamless signing process. Employees are personable and friendly. Grounds and common areas are well kept and clean. Amenities are really convenient such as the trash service and assigned spot parking. Reasonable rent prices. Can't beat the location right next to Sandy Bottom park!

I came and toured this property on 01/15. I decided to go with another property, but my experience with Terrell was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and informative! I love how transparent he was. This property has a lot to offer and is definitely worth the price! Nice and quiet, gated and just minutes away from so many things!

I would like to say this is an amazing property! Love the sense of security with the community being gated and also they have security to come out and do nightly rounds! The Leasing Consultant Terrell was phenomenal, he answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also had very well interpersonal communication skills! The office team as a whole was amazing. I definitely look forward to moving to this property in the near future!

A great safe and clean environment. The staff sends out emails of any inquiries, changes ..very important notices. Even through the changes of this World. Thy have found away to bring neighbors together, by have food trucks games and contests. THE staff is very understanding pleasant easy to talk to. I would recommend my neighborhood to anyone looking for a Spacious apartment home feel. Close to Grocery Stores and Interstate
