AJ Fraley and his associate Sarah are the absolute best. I've always known State Farm to be great with customer service, but this team truly goes above and beyond - especially during times you need it most such as important family milestones (teen drivers, home purchase, etc). More than a good neighbor, they feel like friends of the family.

I like the responsiveness of the people in the office. Also, a couple years ago I was excited to test ride a motorcycle I was considering purchasing. The dealership logically wanted to see that I had current motorcycle insurance. However I didn't have any of my insurance information with me. I called State Farm, it was a Saturday, and they told me they would email a copy of my policy to the motorcycle dealership. I figured "great" , it's not really going to get emailed or it would get there after they closed. I was so very happy when a short time later the dealer received the email and I was able to take my test ride! I did end up getting a new motorcycle! Great service.
