  How do you think of customer service when you enter a near by 711? Not great from my usual experience. I went in to this 711 and immediately greeted with a friendly good morning. I got to the register and the gentleman was polite and very welcoming, we had a nice conversation about me working a long shift and even what I did for a job. After I made my purchase I left. I kept thinking how professional he was. So I went back the next morning and he attitude and professionalism was just the same as the day before. He even remembered our conversation from the day before and how my day had went, which is pretty impressive since he see so many people a day. The cashier's name is Russell. I was so impressed with him I will be writing to the owner and corporate. Little gestures go along way with people. He definitely raised the standards of this 711. Thank you Russell keep up the great work!!!!

  I just want to leave a review for an amazing day for my preschool students. After asking ahead of time if it was okay to bring (14) children into the 7 eleven for free slurpee day (7/11/19), we were met with kind faces, cheerful greetings and so much help! They made our day easy and full of happiness. Thank you so much for this store care and willingness to make each child feel special! Thank you again from Live Laugh and Grow!!
