AMC911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

Recently had AMC put some pier and beam under my 105 year old house. Dan B. was exceptional and just doing the walk through with him showed me how knowledgeable and professional the crew is. I work in healthcare and trusted them to enter my home on several occasions while I was away. They did so without issue, even sending a team member to enable the inspection when I really needed to be at work. The work they did was fantastic and they cleaned up after themselves well.
They have an in house structural engineer. They did not attempt to upsell me at any point. The admin team checked on me regularly to make sure I was on board with everything and understood everything. Within a few weeks of the bid, the job was complete including inspection.

AMC 911 (Atlas Master Co.) was our choice for foundation repair to our lakeside home in Chesapeake. We had three bids, but Dan Baxter (Sr. Pr. Mgr.) listened and advised us strategically so well. They were not the low bid, nor the high, but the best specific solution to the issue. They handled all the city permits and sent out an experienced crew to resolve our problem within about ten days. Led by veteran Jonathan, the team of Joshua, Miguel, Jessie and Renaldo were hardworking group. We initially selected AMC 911 because their local company grew out of bricklaying and masonry work, but their foundation expertise is also proven. We can’t say enough good things about the professionalism surrounding everything they did for us. Miguel relocated my crawl space access, cut the brick and block, supported the new opening, and installed a new door with frame. Afterwards he cleanup the area like it never happened! The service was quick thanks to Kimberly and thorough with a solid product. The professionalism was by both employees was outstanding.

We were very impressed by the exceptional professionalism, performance, and courtesy of the AMC911 foundation and crawlspace site team for a large and complicated project at our home. Jonathan, Jesse, and the rest of the team were fantastic with their attention to detail and thoroughness in their work, as well as their attentiveness to our concerns. They always listened, and they always made the extra effort. However, make sure the estimate and contract clearly define what is included and agreed upon prior to work.

We used AMC911 atlas twice over the course of a few years. First they found a cracked foundation by the river birch which we ended up cutting down because it was way too close to our house. A few years later, we noticed our doors were sticking. We called Rob (our foundation guy) who recognized our initial issue and diagnosed our issue on the house. We ended up putting steel pillars under our house, which sits on the slab. He was very understanding, returning to our house to explain what he thought the issue was multiple times. He was very kind, professional, and trusted. After service care was excellent as well. He made sure we understood what was going on, what was done ro our house, and what to look for.
We talked to 2 other companies before we decided to use AMC.
