(January 14, 2019, 7:26 pm)The dispatch center was very helpful in securing me a tow and was very professional over the phone. They didn't fib about arrival time of the tow truck driver and they also didn't fib about the rate. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was on time and also courteous. He loaded up my vehicle onto his without issues and even dropped me off within the dealership parking lot (I thought he would offload me in front on the street). Also, very good conversationalist so the ride wasn't boring. Will hire again if I need towing services! Recommended.
