I stopped in there this evening after work to check the tire pressure on my tires after getting warnings they were low. The two people working were helpful, listened to my concerns and were very kind and efficient. When I do need new tires or car repair service, I know where I will go from now on.
This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a repair shop. At first I was nervous but I got in there , they showed me what was going on and they had my car out in no time. I was very impressed with the service. This is my new go to place when I need a repair and I recommend them to any and everybody I know.
To start, excellent customer service. I was accommodated by Shawn at the front counter who was not only personable but funny. The mechanic that serviced my car? His name is Greg. A quietly sweet gentleman as well as a professional. But the biggest icing on the cake is that I was in and out in approximately 2 1/2 hours for a state inspection that required front brakes and wiper replacement! I’m so appreciative of the dedication to customer service that I will be back! Their slogan “Better experience” holds true.
They did the right thing!
I purchased four new tires from these guys and one of them blew on the road before 24 hours/100 miles had passed...It was extremely frustrating. But I took the tire back to the shop later that day and the manager examined the tire to determine the cause of the failure. The exact cause was not determined, but he nonetheless decided to give me a new tire and install free to cover the loss. I DID NOT PURCHASE THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY, yet they still took care of me. Hats off to this manager for doing this for me.
Four stars because I was told an hour wait but it took two hours. I understand wanting to secure business by overselling on things that are not detrimental to oversell on, but not making good on a time frame can make for inconvenience for the customer. I would have still done business with them if they gave me a more realistic timeline! Give your customers the most accurate timeline you can, and when in doubt: overshoot the time...I would have been very happy if I was told three hours and it only took two etc.
High quality work. 100% care and concern for the customer and job.
