I recently visited your store on New Year's Eve to get a new phone and had to share with you what a great experience I had with one of your representatives Christine Spann. Christine smiled and greeted me the minute I walked through the door & even greeted fed ex delivery guy with smile who was coming in behind me. Her upbeat positive attitude makes you want to do business with her, she goes above and beyond to make people feel special. In addition to her knowledge she addressed all my concerns and provided me with suggestions for choosing the best phone for my needs. She was very patient with me & never pushy considering she was the only one working that day when at least twelve people came in to either pay their bill or shop for a phone. I really can't say enough about Christine because she is such a great example of what outstanding customer service looks like. I received such great service from her while she was fielding phone calls, taking payments and assisting me that I assumed she had to be a manager, but she informed me she wasn't and I told
her she should be. Christine is the primary reason I will remain a customer with Metro. She is not only an attribute to your bottom line but she is a value to your business and completely deserves to be recognized !!

Today I purchased a phone from metro. I am very satisfied. Especially with the young lady Christine awesome customer service very patient and she made sure that I got all the features that was suitable for me. I got an awesome plan and perks too. Her district manager phone was awesome as well. I suggest that if you are planning to purchase or upgrade your phone come to metro psalms little creek shore drive
