Great Ocean view staple. Was featured on diners drive ins and dives. Had lunch with a friend. We shared the lunch chicken tacos (2) with Rice. And a quesadilla with chicken and shrimp. Both were amazing. Afterwards we checked out the store, and bakery. They have tons of freshly baked goods, fresh meats, and fried peppers.

On a quest for good Mexican food I decided to swing by. It all had an authentic feel to it, complete with store attached. Yes, a bit of a sticker-shock especially for its location, the flavor is definetely all there as well, where the portion sizes.

The Echillada Supreme con pollo was good. Topped w/authentic cheese, it more than satisfied this picky eater. The rice was fresh, and it all came out hot.

Salsa was on point too. Next time in, the margarita will hopefully keep up with food bar.

Authentic carne asada street tacos! In Hampton Roads! Chips and salsa are fresh and made in house and are excellent! Also has a mini-grocery attached with all the ingredients you'll need to cook authentically at home.

4.5 stars. We enjoyed the place after a long day at the beach. The chocolate cake with flan on top was 7 stars. Pure genius. We bought a second to go. We enjoyed the fish with cactus. It was done well. The salsa was spot on , but you do have to pay for a second helping or chips unlike other restaurants. The kids quesadilla was also solid. Definitely will come back.
