(August 29, 2020, 6:22 pm)Came in and had a reservation done for a 10x20 unit. One of the managers his name was Juan I believe, helped me out quick! He showed me the storage unit and I took it. At first the move in costs kinda shocked me but it’s like any other storage place I suppose, but he went above and beyond and offered to slash my first months rent in half. He explained to me in detail how the facility operates and how to pay and basic guidelines to follow. Overall quick and great experience.
(August 13, 2020, 6:41 pm)I came in inquiring about unit sizes and asked what size would be best for me , associate Juan helped me choose the best size which was a 10x5, he explained all the costs for move in and gate access and policy for the facilities. He was kind , patient, helpful, and caring. He is an employee that I wish more companies had. His supervisor Larisha was amazing with the other customers as I saw her interact with them. It didn’t feel like a typical storage place but more like connections between the renters and managers. If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazed by them both! Thank you so much for your patience with me!
