So I am on ROM, I called the front desk asking for a refill on the coffee, cream, sugar. The lady this morning (1/12) goes how someone should've asked for it yesterday why didn't we tell them. I tell her that no one called, she responds how she has a list and yes she did. I tell her no, I was in my room all day and noone called. She continues to state the list and they did. Honestly! I don't care about the list, or the fact that I did not get a call, I care the fact this lady could've instead said "I am sorry for the inconvenience we will bring that right up". That is proper customer service, not go on about some list, I mean maybe the phone needs to get replaced then because I didn't get a freaked phone call. Otherwise the room was clean, and had the basics I needed for my stay. I can't make eggs, but there's a fridge and microwave. Checkin went smoothly, just this one instance where they did not have a good proper customer service response. Sorry I was an inconvenience to her.

We were so impressed with the service here! Had a couple issues with the mold that we smelled in both of the rooms we stayed in, but the management went above and beyond to accommodate us. The front desk was very helpful and glad they still have grab and go snacks.
