I stopped into Jack Rabbit today just for some price quotes and to see the area layout and security. Upon walking in I meet Kristina, who had a smile on her face and was ready to happily answer all of my questions! I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help me despite the fact I wasn’t signing a contract today. Your front face employees really make a difference for your company and I have to say you have an AMAZING one here with Kristina! When I’m ready to store my belongings, I will be coming to this Jack Rabbit Site.

Carly was great. I obtained another storage unit today and Carly was the one to assist me. I was put on hold when I called and I lost patience and hung up. On my way out the door, Carly called me back asking about a missed call. She was very helpful and within minutes she was able to get me what I was requesting. I would recommend Jack rabbit storage on Hampton Drive to anybody. They have the best customer service.

I RESEARCHED WHERE I WANTED TO STORE SOME OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND FOUND TWO PLACES. AS I VIEWED THE PERKS FOR PUBLIC STORAGE AND JACK RABBIT STORAGE, I DECIDED TO PUT MY BELONGINGS AT JACK RABBIT STORAGE.
MY REPRESENTATIVE WAS CHRISTINA. WHEN I ENTERED THE DOOR SHE GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND BEGAN TO ENGAGE. I INQUIRED ABOUT THE TWO SIZES THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. SHE TOOK ME TO A STORAGE UNIT AND SPOKE TO ME IN DETAIL ABOUT THE HOURS OF ENTRY AND THE FACT THAT THEY SOLD STURDY LOCKS. I LIKED WHAT I SAW AND SHE PROCEEDED WITH THE PAPER WORK. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXTRAORDINARY AND WE WERE ABLE TO CONVERSE ABOUT CURRENT EVENTS ALSO. SHE CONCLUDED THE TRANSACTION WITH A COPY OF THE PAPER WORK THAT I NEEDED. THIS EMPLOYEE HAS ALL THE SKILLS FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONNECTS AT SUCH A HUMAN LEVEL TO DISCOVER THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS.

Kristina’s professionalism was shown and greeted me with smile and ready to help attitude. She’s clearly an indispensable and important asset to the company.

I won’t be surprised if she’s running this place on her own in the next couple of weeks.

I've always had great service from Walgreens. People need to be concerned about the inside of the store and not worry about the cleaniness of the parking lot. Wallgreens requires you to be a customer to use the restroom. That's why it stays clean . Get a clue people.
