My business partner and I have been with CEO for four years. The office is very convenient because it’s equipped with everything needed for a successful business ( Wi-Fi, phone, office equipment etc). The price is reasonable for everything that’s included in the rent.
We also have a receptionist in the building, which makes everything easier when we are not available to staff. We also enjoy the water views. I will highly recommend this place for business owner’s.

Three years ago I started my business at Colley location, I out grew the space and moved to their second location on Granby - I merged my business with another company located there. But I kept my office at Colley, I just love my space there, so quiet and peaceful. Thank you to the managment for flexible leasing options, I'm so grateful.

I've been a tenant for over four years now. Very friendly receptionist, intresting professionals that I occasionally meet near the conference rooms. I often walk to restaurants on Colley to get lunch, very convenient. The space is always clean and inviting. Plus, as a working artist, I get to display my art in the hallways. Thank you!
