We had a tractor trailer breakdown in Dallas, Texas. The accommodations were made by our company, which booked my trainer and I in this hotel at Best Western Executive Inn. The issue was that my trainer had a Saturday reservations and I had Sunday reservations. Even though there was this huge mistake at 4AM at check-in, I was afforded a room. The lady who checked us in had an outstanding personality.

After a peaceful rest, I woke to a wonderful breakfast spread, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of my home cooked meal.

Again, in spite of our company's mistake with our arrangements, this hotel provided me excellent customer service, a safe haven, a fantabulous bed, an outstanding breakfast, and welcoming smiles from the entire staff.

I just want to say thank you to Patrick Patel, Damaris, and the staff at Best Western Executive Inn at Seagoville, Texas. Please stop off to enjoy a pleasant experience.

Company sent me here when my truck went into the shop. I'm a loyal Wyndham stayer so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Man let me tell you, what a nice hotel! It's also very quiet in spite of the roadway right there. Room 119 was very clean and if there were people in the rooms next to me, even they were super quiet.🤣 1 drawback tho is room 119 is right next to the AC unit and it kept making a noise every few minutes. So if you're a light sleeper, avoid that room. However for me it wasn't an issue.🤷🏾‍♀️ The shower had great water pressure and temperature. I also love the fact that it was a regular tub/ shower combo in a king room. Not just a shower like at Wyndham 🫢. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in super fast. She even helped me extend my room with no issues. Big bonus for me was the ice cream machine (take that Wyndham 😃)!! Let's just say by the end of my first night, I joined Best Western's reward program (sorry Wyndham 🫣😂)!! Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful room. The renovations that they have done is amazing! The pool was crystal clear and warm, it felt awesome after a long day.
