Another great experience here at Banister Nissan of Norfolk. Came in for an oil change & tire rotation. They were honest with me & told me I didn’t need my tires rotated and I just love that. Most places would’ve just done it any way and charged me. I AM always so impressed with the service here at Banister. They are highly professional and dedicated. I came to banister after visiting a total of 3 other dealerships, what brought me in was their website UNMATCHED, to say the least. My husband met with Jean Castel upon arrival (I was on the phone) from the first meeting I was impressed, my husband asked for and appraisal thats it thats all. There was no pressure to buy although I ultimately did but Mr. Castel made this process as smooth as possible. I met with Mr. Castel within the same week, I didn’t have to beg for my number she was extremely transparent, and knowledgeable. I took my brand new Altima home that same night, I’d never bought brand new before so that was an experience in its self. Jean assisted me with transferring carseat base securely, and helped me setup functions and understand my new car before taking it home. Helping set my Bluetooth is a life saver because I am not tech savvy. Also because I’m 5,11” Castel also showed me how to make my steering wheel comfortable. Now my husband is coming in for his new car and refuses anyone else Castel is our go to. Also our 9 year old son is extremely obsessed with him. New Nissan family ?
