(March 12, 2020, 8:37 am)All my life this place has been a place for quiet beautiful reflection. If you haven't been inside the museum you are missing a story of world travel and history. And art! Classes, playground, walking paths, and waterfront views. Even a lovely place for events. I miss being close enough to visit daily.
(February 28, 2020, 11:45 am)Gorgeous! Hands down my favorite place in Hampton Roads. The property and buildings are not only beautiful but managed well. Everyone is curious and friendly. Have been multiple times, great place to take photos!
(January 14, 2020, 4:17 pm)I love all the old art and history here. The recent bigger exhibitions and installations the last several years have been phenomenal. Sunsets on the River during the summer are a blast. This place is a secret gem to this area. The Roast and Toast event during the fall was fun. The oysters were wonderful!
