Very good customer service

World Cleaners came to my rescue when I needed my tuxedo cleaned and repaired for a next day event. They were wonderful ❣️The customer service that I received from them will make them my cleaners from this point forward.

I needed to get a stain removed same-day. Called around 10 different cleaners around norfolk and none said they could do it. I saw this one, brought it in, and they had my jacket ready in 45 minutes for super cheap! Fantastic service, fantastic experience.

Found this place after the rest of Norfolk couldn't do 1 day dry cleaning turnaround. These guys rock. Great price great service great result. Friendly, chatted about my upcoming trip when I dropped off and remembered who I was when I came back. Will be going back, and recommend you visit!

This place do good cleaning. I know in today's world people want fast and cheap. Well I tried that and you get what you pay for. My husband had a white suit that had a spot on it , well to me the suit looked as if it had not been cleaned, but they said that the spot wouldn't come out. By now I had noticed a pattern of his suits looking like they had not been cleaned and they saying that the spot wouldn't come out. So I just changed cleaners . I didn't say anything about they said the spot wouldn't come out, but I did bring it to there attention. When I picked it up man a world of difference it was bright and clean and that spot they said wouldn't come out was gone. I now only take my clothes to world cleaners and they got 1 hour cleaning. The price is more but worth it. Let's face it everything has gone up and to me it's worth it to get the results I want.
