(September 4, 2020, 10:19 am)Very very nice gym. I did not even know that there was another in Norfolk. Very spacious with lots of equipment. As I was working out it gave me the feeling and satisfaction from working out in the 90s at the ORIGINAL Gold's or Powerhouse Gym. Have all of your fitness needs including Crossfit. Also very clean and well organized. Definitely a must visit/join especially for military folk. Shout out to Shannon. Whats good cutie ????

(February 14, 2020, 5:10 pm)I pay $36 a month to go here, and that’s A LOT for me. I’ve debated going to another gym for cheaper but I just can’t do it. This gym is ALWAYS clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly. The people that come here are always friendly and keep to themselves and there’s never been anyone crazy or annoying in the gym. There’s just a pleasant atmosphere and it’s been worth the money for me every single month.
