Best therapy Ive ever had. I dont open up to males easily and I felt comfortable talking openly with Dr White. He's knowledgeable and gave such a great perspective on everything we were working through. I had 6 sessions total sometime last year and Im still benefiting from all that we worked on. Our unconscious mind is more powerful than we know! If I schedule therapy again it would be with Dr. White!

Counseling is not as it is portrayed in the movies....HE does not tell YOU anything-- he simply listens closely and then asks you the questions that allow YOU to discover and find the perfect solutions for you.
It's like having a guide that gently reflects back to you what you already know to be true. He is nonjudgemental, professional, and calm. You could go twice and then never again, or as often as you need to. I've never felt pressured to visit. Every few years I call him up and check in with myself--- because that's what he does-he provides the safe place for you to talk and then solve your own problems. Just try him and you'll see!
