When a local social media personality became abusive towards employees, the shift manager stepped up to shield staff and told the belligerent person to leave the premises.
When that character called the store manager as a stunt on a live broadcast, he was incredibly polite and invited the person in to discuss the matter professionally face to face. He refused to get baited into a staged profanity-laced, slanderous temper tantrum.
If you're passing through the airport or are looking for work, this is management as it should be. Support those who support their workers and treat customers with respect no matter how rude and offensively self-serving they are.
