  I have lived here for almost two years. Staff is great, maintenance is on top of it. My only issue is with a draft. I have placed plastic on my balcony, and my two windows but still feel cold air. I can't enjoy sitting in my living room. I believe the walls are not insulated well. The walls are very thin and my floors queaks through out the apartment. I will be leaving once my lease is up. Rent is a great price.

  I've been living in this community almost an entire year. I love it!!! Very quiet, The leasing office is very helpful and friendly. Mrs Nancy is AWESOME!! If having maintenance issues with your apartment, They are on it within an hour!! I can say that woodmere Trace apartments has definitely been and feels like home!! I'm surely renewing for year #2!!!
