(December 3, 2020, 1:38 pm)These folks bent over backwards for us! They had a truck we could use, plenty of dolly-carts to use to bring stuff up to our unit. Place is clean. Very happy!

(May 1, 2020, 7:47 pm)I highly recommend Tidewater Drive Storage. As a tenant for a few years I had multiple interactions with the staff and frequent visits to the location. The facility was always very clean and secure. Communication was never an issue as I was able to reach and engage management whenever necessary. Automatic billing was not an issue. On one occasion my billing card expired and I was able to contact management and remedy the issue expeditiously. The new addition to the facility looks great although it was not open prior to me vacating my unit. If you need a quality storage solution Tidewater Drive Storage is a great choice. I would unquestionably utilize this service again.
