Sebastian was out this AM and did a fantastic job with our Mini windshield. Safelite is always our goto when we need any auto glass replaced.

Impressed with their efficiency and tools to do the windshield replacement job.

Unfortunately they did not have software to update the cameras for the safety features for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I did not like having to scheduling this with a Jeep dealer. This is one factor why I chose Safe Lite and they failed this expectation.

After reading the reviews here I was VERY concerned about having to use Safelites service's due to a cracked windshield. Insurance company sent us here....okay, no big deal.
Scheduled appointment to come to the home and of course prior to coming knew that they were working on a 2020 vehicle. Came to home, EARLIER than expected and THAN realized that this year and model had cameras installed in windshield and couldn't replace it outside of their facility.
Okay, not a big deal, he made a call and immediately scheduled an appointment where we had to take the vehicle to the facility in Leesburg.
Had a 1pm appointment, they called the morning of appointment to confirm. Told ahead of time that it could be a 2-3 hour job to complete.
Arrived a little early, dropped the vehicle off and it was completed in 90 minutes. Tech Joey drove it out, went over warranty details etc.
Noticed a minor issue and he took care of it immediately. He also went above and beyond customer service by taking care of a small issue in our 2nd vehicle that was completed by Safelite several years ago.
As far as I'm concerned, the ONLY issue with their service is they should have known about cameras on this model. Other than that...super service.
