“I have never had a problem with getting help with my partial medical insurance they assist me with. Actually only one problem with them losing my yearly application but it was fixed. The caseworkers, especially Ms. Dildy are great. So for all the bad comments, here's one to make up for them.....they are good people dealing with A LOT of people, and a lot of negativity. So if you do have a bad experience with someone there, think about having to deal with hundreds of different personalities a day, and put yourself in their shoes. I can imagine how tough a job it can actually be. So with that being said, I give them 4 stars.”
