(January 25, 2021, 11:38 am)Ralph Dodd and his office staff are the best. Very smooth transition to settlement. We bought a tiny piece of property but Ralph treated us like millionaires. He never was in a hurry and very very patient. Why anyone would use a chain agency is beyond me. He knows the county codes, the soil perks, and who to call for permits etc. a wealth of knowledge. He even came out and helped us stake out our tiny property.
Ralph Dodd is what the eastern shore of Virginia is all about. Integrity, honesty and a true gentlemen Just the sort of place we want to be.
