(June 11, 2018, 9:20 pm)I needed to register to officiate at a wedding in Virginia. To comply with the legal requirements of the Commonwealth of Virginia, I tried many other clerks of court throughout Virginia - in Emporia, Petersburg, and Richmond. None was as knowlegable or as welcoming and accommodating as was Traci Johnson of Northampton County in Eastville. Over several weeks I communicated with her and her staff. Invariably, they were helpful and competent. Finally we completed all of the legal requirements in person in a few minutes.
