(October 12, 2017, 7:32 am)I went in randomly yesterday evening around 430 after feeling completely out of options for my baby girl. For the past 3 years she has had crazy bad skin issues & from someone who spent plenty of time in a vets office trying to figure out what's wrong with her, I know how frustrating & pricey it can be. from the second I walked in everyone was amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone here, from first walking in and having Allison go above and beyond to try and get me an appointment that fit my schedule, to going & asking the doctor if my dog could be seen today. To Callie the technician being so friendly and caring, and then Dr.Amy Olson being so sweet and understanding. Everyone I encountered was ridiculously friendly and nice. They explained everything to me that was going on, reassured me when I started to get visibly upset. A lot of vets can be expensive, but you also get what you pay for. & they actually tried helping me & gave me options for what I could/didn't have to do right away. Definitely would recommend.
