We love love this place!! We started in December 2018. Mayeshia is so sweet,caring and loving. She makes you and, your child feel important. That is why my, daugther and I love her. They are so many things for you and your child to choose from. My 5 year old takes ballet, tap, hip hop and karkore! She has made so, many new friends and built so much self confidence! She loves doing the recitals so, she can show her family and friends all she has learned. Even I have made new friends and built self confidence. By taking all the workout classes they offer. So if you are looking for a place for you or your kids, grandkids, nieces or nephews. This is the place you will love it!!!

I joined two years ago and definitely have greater strength, flexibility and overall improved health.
The WONDERFUL team of instructors keep me motivated to workout everyday.... Love It!! They are simply the best!

Joining the MFA family is the best decision I have made in a long time. The thought of a mega gyms with all the testosterone and young fit bodies is all so intimidating. Non of that at MFA. A small local group who gives you that personal experience. No judgement! MFA has all ages and all levels with one common goal, to get fit. We are women supporting women. Great friends, great workout and great results. I love MFA!
