It was easy to get in touch with them and after explaining my situation as well as the urgency of it, Randy got the parts I needed & had my car up on the lift in no time at all. I am so incredibly impressed by how they treated me and the efficiency in which they worked that allowed me in & out in less than 15 minutes. Randy and the other gentleman worked on my vehicle as I sat there and watch & observed how above and beyond they went to ensure the problem was fixed and that my vehicle would pass state inspection/emissions. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust that has your best interest in mind and I can promise you, Randy and his crew are very honest & very thorough. What other shop allows you to sit in the garage with them and watch as they work? I personally don't know any besides this gem here. “I dread the yearly inspections... Sitting in a dank, boring, slow auto shop.. well this place is hands down the BEST shop I have been too! The lady behind the counter I spoke to was the sweetest! I had my two year old with me and she offered her cartoons on the TV and was very nice to us! Their dog Bella was also a sweetheart! She loved my daughter and kept her occupied while my van was getting inspected! We were in and out within 30 minutes. We seriously weren't ready to leave yet and I can't wait to go back because we fell in love with Bella the border collie!”
