(November 15, 2022, 4:59 pm)Shari fixed a broken jogging stroller strap for me, and she did a wonderful job. She treated the stroller and project as if it were for her own child and triply reinforced the broken strap so that it will hopefully never, ever break again. I so appreciate her willingness to do this (requiring several hours of very rough sewing by hand through multiple layers of canvas strap)--she saved me time I didn't have to fix it myself, and she also quoted a very fair price for the labor required. 100% recommend working with Shari, since obviously she can handle outside-the-box projects and challenges!

(November 3, 2020, 3:34 pm)WOW! I am so, so glad I used Shari for my wedding dress alterations. I was really nervous to let anyone alter this dress because it was MASSIVE. With a really long train, many layers of luxurious, silky fabric, and buttons all the way down the back, I knew it would be a huge undertaking. She handled it with ease, and it turned out beautifully. Shari is a master of her craft, and I'm so thankful for her hard work on the most special dress I will ever wear!

(October 9, 2020, 10:33 am)Shari did a beautiful job on my daughters dress as I’m sure was no easy task since there was a lot of beading and a corset back. The dress fit perfectly, and she even left enough fabric so it can be taken back out a little for growing if need be. I also asked her to remove the existing clasps and put something stronger and she did a great job on that too. She also had the dress ready in less time than expected. I would definitely recommend Shari’s Sewing Studio for alterations on formal gowns.

They couldn't accommodate my alterations, saying they couldn't add extra lace to the bottom of my dress due to copyright reasons(yeah ok, whatever). When I googled alterations near me, Shari Sewing Studio name was at the top of the list with 5 stars. Every comment I read, everyone was satisfied with her work. With that being said, if you need alterations done to a wedding dress, prom dress, anything altered, she is the one to go too! I was well satisfied of the outcome of my wedding dress.
