Also, he Checked out a photo I sent him of a bug I thought was a termite and he identified it and it was not, which was a big relief. Thank you, Jeff!!

(May 1, 2023, 3:45 pm)After a home experience that prompted the inspection, Four Seasons was at my house in about 24 hours. Inspector Travis was on time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and especially patient with all my questions. Highly recommended to me by a good neighbor, Four Seasons assured me that I have no active infestations; nevertheless, as part of the inspection, Travis went all around the house and basement area clearing out spider webs, wasp nests, and more. They are advising another of their services which will cover my dirt basement and crawl spaces and prevent additional moisture damage to my wood floors and house. Looking forward to finally having a dry, fresh-smelling basement! Thanks to my neighbor for recommending this trustworthy business and thanks, Four Seasons!

The technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of my house, as well as a thorough application of pest control measures. He wasn’t rushed and took time to listen to my concerns. Excellent customer service overall!
