Ryan was awesome. I stopped by after I tried to use touch up paint to fix a spot where a rock hit my front bumper. Ryan was so helpful and removed the touch up paint and even buffed it. My service advisor was Alex Mears and from the moment of meeting him to the end result he was very pleasant. He explained the entire process of repairing my vehicle. I was sent updates as they went from one step to the next, I always knew what was happening to my vehicle as well as sending pictures. The staff are very pleasant and professional. After getting backed into from the side, USAA referred me here. I had an appointment 2 days later, then just 2 days later I got my car back. Paint matched PERFECTLY. Everyone was very nice, the process was really smooth and all I had to do was drop off and pick up. The rim too! But I'm so glad my car is back to brand new again and WAY earlier than I expected!!!
