Fast and friendly service at the counter. (Oh and she has great penmanship! I know it's not really relevant, lol...but it was something that caught my eye! Seriously, it is really great!)
Storage unit didn't have lights inside ~ which I wasn't accustomed to or aware of prior to renting and it's down a hall that is unlit during the day so that is a consideration (bring your own lanterns or something) because the unit definitely needs a light source. The yard IS lit at night ~ for security. So that is great. Price is great, as well. Definitely works well if you just fill it up and need to leave your stuff for a while. If you'll be in and out of the unit more often (like me) the light thing might be more of an issue and you'll want to find a work around for it, sooner rather than later.
The only other downside for me is the early gate closure in the evening (8pm). I'm sure for most folks it's not an issue though and I do still highly recommend them for your storage needs as neither of these things are usually deal breakers.

Nice and friendly. I did not have to worry about my stuff, good place. If you need a storage facility use this one for sure.

What a wonderful place...... the unit was clean and the facility around was free of trash. I felt secure when entering the unit at night. Every time I go in they are always so welcoming to help. I checked all the other places around after I went and they were still the cheapest. That’s a good feeling knowing how clean it is how helpful the people are and yet the cheapest in area. GREAT CHOICE.....
