(January 16, 2018, 3:50 pm)I have been there when it was basically empty and that was around 9 a.m.. Today I was there at 9:30 and it was full so I decided to come back another day as there was even a line to get your number from the Kiosk. Normally I leave my prescription and come back to get it 3 hours later or the next day and I have had wonderful experience. Usually doesn't take long to be called. I guess if I stayed and waited with the room full it could have taken a while but actually didn't want to catch anything waiting to have a prescription filled. Overall the wait is nothing compared to the Naval Hospital and feel very fortunate that we have a satellite center at Scott Center. Good job you guys with the large number of customers you take care of everyday.
(July 13, 2017, 8:22 am)I have very good experiences at the Scott Center Annex Pharmacy. The staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Patrons should consider that it is a military facility and active duty personnel are the primary users. Dependents and retirees should remember that waiting is a part of the military and not get too upset.
