(April 26, 2018, 4:25 am)I really enjoyed going here as a kid. It's the smallest of the Portsmouth libraries but I have always found the staff to be very nice. There is a new mural on the entrance as of 2018. But the parking can be tough what with all the college kids using the computers. You have to reserve computer time in advance mostly but their website would probably tell you more about it.
