(June 23, 2020, 2:01 am)I love living in Edgefield. From the office staff to maintenance, everyone is kind, helpful, and hardworking. They go above and beyond by providing activities to bring the community together. If you have maintenance needs they will be there on the double. Give them a try you will love it.

They really take care of your concerns and treat you like they care to make you comfortable as possible.They have all types of events parties for us and the place is very clean. I am very satisfied and plan on staying here for a long time.
(February 6, 2019, 8:39 pm)Our experience has been amazing so far! We took a tour yesterday and got our approval today!!! We’ve been working with Ebony, she has been so helpful and kind with answering all of our questions and concerns.
The complex is very clean and organized, as well. We are so excited to move in!
(August 3, 2017, 7:46 pm)The management at Edgefield is very responsive, they even keep Saturday hours. We have lived here for 15 years and have been consistently impressed. Though the complex itself is older, improvements and upgrades to the buildings themselves and the apartment interiors are made regularly. Repairs and maintenance are done in a timely fashion, and office personnel are positive and very polite. Grounds/landscaping are well maintained too. We recently moved to a vacant apartment that had been upgraded and are thrilled, the all new appliances are really nice! They have been extremely helpful and kind through our move. Rent is quite reasonable for the quality of service and condition of the apartment. The location is very convenient if you work in either downtown Norfolk or Portsmouth, 15 minutes from downtown Norfolk. Thank you Edgefield!
(July 21, 2017, 8:29 am)I've been here for over 2 years now and i love my apartment. I'd like to commend Devonna, Larry and the entire maintenance crew BEST EVER. If anything needs repairing its always speedy and great work. I really appreciate how the office keeps our packages so they don't have to go back to post office. Very friendly and courteous team. Thanks Edgefield. Get me a patio so i can cookout then I'll move it to 5 stars ?????
