  Low prices, good service. Love the spaghetti and meatballs. We also like the family meal where you can pick two pastas and two sauces and get two large buckets.

  Best service I've ever received at Fazoli's. The restaurant was clean and neat and the food came out great. Thanks for everything. Your patients and attention to detail was noticed.

  Customer service was great, but the food is absolutely atrocious. The only redeeming quality is the bread sticks. It's been several years since I've been to a Fazoli's and I could not believe how terrible the food quality and taste has gone down. There's just no reason for a restaurant to have that terrible of food, even at those low costs. I won't be patronizing them again.
  
  Edit: Just tried them again after a year and whoa, the food quality went way up! I don't know what happened, but it was so much better than the last time we went there. It was delicious! Everything tasted great, and the service was very good! We ate in this time and it was a way better experience!

  My Mom and I used to go to Fazoli's all the time, and always enjoyed the food. It is still as good as I remembered, and keep up the great work!!

  In this place there is barber by the name of A.D that is a good Barber and a good listener I'ma miss him now that I moved to Florida
