This can be seen through her actions. She continually checks the grounds to ensure everything is as it should be.
There are some units that are in need of repair, and I have seen the facilities maintenance person hard at work taking care of the things that are important to you.
The unit that I won at auction has electrical lighting in it. This will facilitate moving and sorting things in a large storage unit. I see no evidence of water damage from leaks or rain or due to flooding.
I purchased a 10' x 20' unit at auction and have been overwhelmed by the heat of July summer days more than once here.
The manager through her kindness alotted me more time. This is something that she clearly did not have to do.
More evidence that she cares for those on her property.
I would recommend this facility for that reason alone.
