The gentleman were very down to earth. I called before I came to the shop I was told it was first come first serve which was perfect for me. The wait time was accurate. They took the time to show me what needed to be fixed and why. I left 100% satisfied and did not feel ripped off. I will most definitely return.

I bought an older pickup and the exhaust was not complete and I thought it may be in rough shape. I made an appointment with the Meineke on Airline Dr Portsmouth.
The gentleman I dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous. He Didn’t waste my time trying to sell me something I couldn’t use and also offered an alternate solution for my situation.
Once I have my parts needed I’m going to take it back so this shop can complete my exhaust. I appreciate the honesty and time.
