Top Notch on All Counts! Byron the manager at the Portsmouth Va location provides EXCELLENT SERVICE! and he also has a Really Great repair service at his shop. Totally worth driving from another city. So grateful for this Sew Vac center.

Came in this morning and was greeted by Byron. I explained what was going on with my Oreck vacuum. He took it right into the back and identified the problem. He had it fixed in under 5 minutes. No waiting and a great price on the part. Thanks again. You have by business for the future.

They did a wonderful job restoring my Mother's 1940's sewing machine. It works perfectly! They also have a very nice selection of beautiful fabric!

My Singer sewing machine broke and I visited the store for a repair and service. Jessica showed me several options for purchase and was extremely patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She also gave me instructions on how to operate the new machine I purchased. I had scissors sharpened and was happy to find a nice fabric selection and sewing classes as well. What a great place!
