As my professional background was aviation I was not familar with anything relating to mechanical drives, gears, bearings,couplings, etc...so as a newbie who doesnt speak the lingo, Industrial Drives was recommended (referred) to me for my needs. Upon calling; imagine my surprise when, I didnt have to press one for English; 2 I didn't have to provide all the other answering message prompts... and 3; I spoke with a real person whom upon ascertaining my needs forwarded the call to the business owner.
Talk about knowing the business ...She understood my lack of knowledge and explained what I really needed PLUS explained in clear, details how it all works. If you're impressed with that just wait for the service they will give you...
