Went straight to it and found a way to even save me money. I had the same problem for a couple years. Once talking to the manager in the hose department. He told me how I was going wrong the hold time. Problem fixed saving me probably thousands. No more problems with grapple and I'll be coming back. Even if I gotta drive from South Carolina everytime.
