My infant daughter comes here for her clubfeet afo fittings and adjustments. My family is very grateful for how considerate, caring and conscientious the faculty staff is. The front desk ladies are friendly and extremely accommodating. I had to breastfeed my daughter and they allowed us to stay in the private checkup room till I was done (and they didn't disturb or try to rush us at all!). Rick is phenomenal to say the least. He gets straight to the point, but is doesn't rush at all and remains gentle with my daughter (especially for how wily my 3 month old was getting with him). His level of care for his patient's wellbeing is evident, even in the after hours. We had an issue with her boots on a Friday night and we were able to get ahold of him within a couple hours and received a definitive solution. My husband and I are happy that we decided to go with Rick and his clinic for the management of our daughter's clubfeet.
Andy and the staff there are great- I've been going to them for my orthotics for 3 years now and their workmanship is top notch!
The staff here is very friendly. Ricky is the best! He has fitted my daughter with her scoliosis brace and makes going to Tidewater Prosthetics a real pleasure!! Definitely recommend.
