He will have you buy the Part from the manufacture for the same amount as he will get it and you will pay for the labor which is 60% less than the Dealership. Common now, The same mechanics from he dealership that get paid the same amount but Steve doesn't try to break the bank or there backs. It isn't a cozy place like the dealership but what do you want? I wish I won a Million dollars to help Steve out and build him a nicer place so he can house the mechanics with state of the art technology and comfortable working conditions but it is what it is.”

“Brought them newly purchased used BMW after multiple warning lights appeared and the car began cutting off when letting off the accelerator. I'm pretty sure the repair work was entirely handled by the shop owner who was very friendly and knowledgeable about BMWs. The car now has no lights and runs like a dream. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and certainly better than the selling dealership would have obviously done. It took about 3 weeks to get my car back, but that was due to the complexity of the issue an understandable extenuating circumstances. End result, I couldn't have asked for better quality workmanship on my car and I'm glad they took the time to make sure my car was actually fixed and running great.”
